Return & Refund Policy:
At AELIX Technologies, we are committed to providing genuine and quality products. We accept returns or replacement requests under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
A return may be considered if:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong product, model, or specification was supplied.
The product does not match the confirmed order.
Customers should notify us preferably within 3 working days of receiving the product, with order/invoice details and supporting photos or videos where applicable.
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty documents where applicable.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, physical damage, unauthorized repair/modification, liquid damage, electrical damage, or improper installation may not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Customized, configured, installed, project-specific, special-order, software/license-based, or specially procured products may not be eligible for return unless confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. Warranty
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty will be handled according to the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, physical damage, electrical issues, or unauthorized modification.
5. Refund
Refunds are subject to product inspection and approval by AELIX Technologies. Delivery, installation, configuration, service, transportation, and other applicable charges may be non-refundable.
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or an appropriate payment channel.
6. Inspection & Final Decision
All returned products may be inspected and tested before approval of a return, replacement, or refund. AELIX Technologies reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the product condition, order terms, warranty policy, and applicable circumstances.
For project-based, corporate, or customized orders, separate terms may apply as stated in the quotation, purchase order, work order, or agreement.
